Looking for wordpress theme

I would appreciate advice if someone knows about WP theme that can do next:

I want to make website that will let people comment about their experience as customers. Site will have different categories (transportation,food,services, ...everything). Visitor should add his review inside proper category (that will admin approve) and there should be place for other people to comment and respond.

I am still considering idea and development path so there is nothing special to look at . Basically, it should be similar as any other product review site. For example: http://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/dysport

Option for registered user to post and give his opinion and respond to other people comments.
