A company/service that allows you to set up your own retail website under your own domain name and then pick products you want to sell on your website from a list of products that they have warehoused somewhere and they would stock and fulfill orders as they came in and you would just get a back-end reporting system reporting your sales and how much you made, etc?

Does a service like that exist? Can I set up a site on my own domain name and just have it populated with product from amazon but without people immediately knowing it's just amazon stuff?

Yes but relying on one company to warehouse, fulfill, bill and handle customer service for hundreds or thousands of individual items.

Only mainstream affiliate programs -- there may be some white labels out there but then you are limited to one vendor.

use amazon an affiliate at your own domain, that's what I do, BUT they will now it's amazon... look at thisiswhyimbroke.com
