Billing needed

I need a good billing that can process one-time sales, but not the ones, which give access to a site (it's a standard service of all billings I know), but just let me sell some services, goods or anything else. Like, for example, I saw on one shareware site - if you want to post your program to them, you should pay, and then they'll send you a password, which you use when posting your software. So what I need is next: you buy something on my site, I get e-mail with your order info, and send anything you ordered to your e-mail (password, program, or whatever)... Am I clear enough ???
