CCBill sales decrease

Hi there,

i´m pretty sure there was a thread belonging to CCBill and decreasing sales, but i can´t find it anymore. Our european sales with other payments are still the same as they are since some years. OK a little bit less too but not as dramatic as it is with CCbill. We lost 2/3 of our CCBill-customers over the last 2 years. Could this really be a CCBill Problem (can´t imagine why it should be so) or is it the normal loss because of the "all for free" mentality these days? Hope you guys have some ideas.

I can't truly imagine that the billing company has anything to do with it, especially such a large drop.
Who knows, but, I am pretty sure "everyone" would not have had such a drop...I haven't.

I cannot imagine having a day with 0 sales there must be something wrong with your content....try shooting something that will erase your 0 sales days.

Oh wait you don't have to shoot new content to erase your 0 sales days....you have to engage in a session of drop the asshat.

sure its going to be painful at first, some will cry foul, but you will finally know the source of your 0 sales days and you will finally admit to yourself you were wrong when others were right

Once you have effectively removed the ass hat then your 0 sales days problem can resolve itself.

There have been hundreds of threads about it. All I will say is that over the last six months I lost a lot of CCBill rebills as an affiliate. I'm just writing it off as decreased demand for the product and the Mastercard fee fiasco.

Losing 2/3 of your CCBill customers over the last two years is fucked up. Maybe some of the people who are saying paysites are going strong will get in touch with you to help go over things? Maybe now that I posted instead of them telling me I am wrong they will help you out and do something constructive. Let's hope so.

Genuinely sorry to hear of your misfortune and decrease in customers and revenue. I will repeat for you because I genuinely respect your reasoning and your posts.

Since I have stopped using the cheesy rats in question, I have watched so called *sales holes* vanish over night, my transactions have found a most impressive click to buy ratio threshold that could very well be unprecedented in the industry.

I will have to leave it there, but the things you mention as far as mastercard opt out, affiliates drying out have some degree of merit to affecting sales.

One would have to explain to me, how after losing affiliates, losing traffic,and replacing 3rd party billing how is it that my transactions have quadrupled starting the first day I walked away from a 3rd party biller?

The data speaks for itself, and I am still having trouble digesting the data but it is what it is. Conversions at every 10-15 clicks to the tour

Yes and you can put ads on the join-forms and make money from all form-hits. Some people have huge formhits! Of course you need to monetize those failed formsubmissions!
