    Help! Lost info on iPhone.

I had some extensive notes and figures on the "notes" app that came on my iPhone. I go there today and they are gone ....... I have no idea if I accidentally did something, if they are only stored for a period of time and time expired ...... Or ???

Any way to retrieve them or am I fucked.

I have seen this happen on my iPhone with bookmarks, open Safari and they are gone, after the phone sync's with iCloud they are back, it may be the same thing going on with your notes. Hope they come back for you!

Haven't changed a password. I also haven't backed up anything to cloud.

When I charge batteries thru my iMac the photos are automatically backed up to my computer ... Are notes automatically backed up anywhere as well???

So you have a phone that backups everything up and keeps things up to date as a basic function and you don't use it? Sounds like a smart idea.

You might still have them if you sync using iTunes and have it set up to save those.

            Spend you some brain.

I've had that happen before, luckily it syncs with my mac mail and I accessed the notes through there. You may want to search your mail.

I get this with my bookmarks when I out of memory. Shut off a few apps by double clicking the button and it should come back.

notes *should* be backed up, but depends on your settings. be default it is on. see if you can do a backup of ONLY notes.

i recall you were able to do this before through iTunes, but im not 100% sure.
