Payment processor Theft

Hey guys I had zombaio and ccbill as payment processors on my site and seems that they don't want to give me my earnings... Can I do something about it? I kept emailing them but they don't answer anymore, until to request the payment they was ok but afterwards they are just ignoring me.

They are serious payment processors for years in this business, im shure you did something wrong that violated their TOS
