The New Black Panther Party can put a $10,000 "Bounty" on Zimmerman's head, which seem to me is warranting a hit. Isn't that conspiracy to commit murder? A woman posts online that she's offering $10,000 for someone to off her deadbeat, abusive husband and her ass is going straight to jail. And not a single charge has been brought against them.
