Dedicated servers needed

Hello all hosters.

We have a couple of projects that need to be externalized out of our hosting space. It's mostly due to geographical availability. Practically all of these projects are non adult and are hosted at a failing provider located in Dallas and Houston.

The servers requirements are as follows:

- Dedicated servers only. Don't try to give me cloud or VPS.
- UNMANAGED (not negotiable at all. We manage our servers. You only need to provide the box and connectivity). If there is a remote reboot card like IPMI/DRAC, it's a big plus.
- RAID HDD setup. Could be RAID 1, 5, 6 or 10. Whatever you prefer as long as there is at least 1 TB HDD usable space. We prefer 2 TB or more if possible.
- 16 GB RAM or more, but no more than 32 GB. Could do with 8 GB RAM too if the price is really good.
- 4 CPU cores or more.
- 100 Mbit port. Doesn't need to be unmetered, but it will be highly appreciated.
- Lots of IPs in different C classes if possible. Probably will need like 64 or 128 IPs.
- VmWare ESXi OS installed. Your tech team only needs to install it. We take the management. If there is IPMI/DRAC or any other kind of KVM option that allows remote installs, we could do the install.
- If you have the so called "safe harbor" in order to comply with EU data protection laws it's a plus. Note that this is about data privacy and not about piracy. DMCA notices will be respected as usual... yet we have had only one in the last 3 years.
- If you are located in the Nap of the Americas, Dallas or Houston, it's a plus. Good connectivity with South America is a plus.

I use them for three reasons. Very fast ticket response and resolution time. They will install anything you want, or let you manage your box, but their own build of Debian is rock solid. Very low server load. Plus they have somewhat cheap IPs at 25 cents on different class c.

Servint I've hosted with them since 2004 (they started in 1996) at their Virginia center and have not had downtimes at all, fast support too 24/7. Had a VPS there for my media buying tracker and pushed over 1mil clicks with not one problem on their end so personally I am beyond happy

They also adhere to safe harbor privacy principles. They do have an EU location in Amsterdam but it's only for their VPS product.

IP Justification would be required for any server order with 32 IPs or more. Additionally, 128 IPs is less likely to be approved vs 64 IPs. 128 IPs can still be approved though. If denied the next available/approved block would be provided.

Our datacenter is located in Dallas.

I can look into the Safe Harbor question for you, but I do not have an immediate answer unfortunately.
