Plugrush Plugin does not work

I don't know if it is a problem of the plugrush plugin or with pornblogspace .
If i activate the Plugrush Plugin and verify with all in one seo that i own this blog all works fine . But the Options Enable Pop Up Enable mobile Redirect do not show up anymore . Till yesterday that all works without any problems
Now i have just installed that Plugin on one of my own Domains so not on that Freehost . The Result is the same . all these options do not show up anymore .

Anyone else the same Problems ? Or a better a Solution

I had similar problem until few hours ago, i couldn't do anything with plugin, even widgets were inavailable on wordpress site, now it's working all fine, im sure it's just some disconnection between server and plugrush.

took them about 4 hours to fix it but now everything works fine.
