Installing wordpress only takes about 5 minutes, even without 1-click install... I would not consider 1-click install when chosing an appropriate host. Just my two cents.
Need a VPS? I use Ramnode, great uptime, friendly support and only $62/year (after their lifelong coupon) for an openVZ VPS => [email protected], 512Mb ram, 512 Mb swap, 120 Gb SSD, 1Gbps port, 2 Tb bandwith, 1 IPv4, 16 IPv6, weekly backups

maybe you are right but if i plan to run much more blogs that i actual have and i like to host them on another server/Host IP that i actual have i think i can choose that with one click install
I use 1-click from Certified Hosting, it's always the current version and I get an email as soon as updates are ready to remind me to do a 1-click update.

True... But with that many blogs, i would think the main problem would be regular posts instead of a swift setup? Manually installing hundred blogs does not take you 100 times 5 minutes...
Just install it on the first domain, copy the database 100 times, edit the wp-options table 100 times, copy all the physical files 100 times, edit the wp-config.php 100 times... I bet i could install 100 blogs in 2 or 3 hours even if you don't automate the process;-)
Altough, if you're not really used to install php scripts and work with databases, you might be better off with a one-click install
I used to use mijnhostingpartner.nl when i first started (especially for their competetive pricing and unlimited traffic)... Only if you know somebody that speaks dutch tough... Great guys to work with, and adult allowed...
