    Content Pic

Say you have just one pic, and it is 50k in size.

Now you put it on 2 seperate pages.

On one page you have no width and height dimensions, and on the second one you specify a width and height that stretch the shit out of the pic to fill the screen.

Will both pages weigh the same and load in the same time?

or does the stretched pic take up more time and space since it is stretched to shit?

Get a stop watch and test yourself!

If the file is the same size its always going to download about the same speed.

They will load at the same speed.

There is no point in testing it with a stopwatch as once you have tested the first, the second will load instantly thanks to Cache. Unless of course you hit "Ctrl and F5" rather than "F5" - nice little tip for everyone

I doubt if any difference will be noticeable. If the difference is measureable, it will be negligible.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
