does anyone know what the current law regarding showing hardcore in non age verificated enviroments or sites that are only protected by credit card access is?
How about linking to sites that contain hardcore?
according to my best knowledge this is all illegal in germany. thechnically it is also illegal to link to paysites since they provide access to hardcore material with only your credit card as proof.
do you know how you can work around this law? for example by forming a corporation outside of germany that owns the sites.
How do you handle this problem?

I'm not from germany but I don't think you really have a problem... There are tons of german webmasters (but I think they have their own board in german) and I don't believe that they are all doing this stuff illegal...

what i think creditcard is not good proof to be over

as i got my first credit card when i was 16~17(now 20)

it is not good solution for proof of age

but wanna add do we really need restrict hardcore site or softcore to 15-18 people
maybe we can restrict lesbian and gay content(As this ages are select ages for being mteroseuzl or homosexual)

be careful man, time will change it a bit, but in any case Germany is a police state
