What's the relation between VividCash and Cold Hard CAsh? What are other programs owned by that corp?

Webquest solely owns Cold Hard Cash.

It was CHC payemtn. I haven't seen it because I just checked dashboard, which doesn't show up it for some reason, but it's in 'payments'
