RedPass Problems???

Is anybody else having problems with RedPass transferring money to their MasterCard?
The reasoning behind the delays are sounding very familiar and I don't mean in a good way...
It's been 2 and half days and our money is still in limbo/pending state....so in other words we don't have access to it.

I just think our own merchant account is the way to go..

It has taken more than 20 days for them to do an ACH withdrawl to our bank account, it says completed in Redpass but no money received 20 days later. Numerous tickets and messages seem to be getting us nowhere. Is this another one gone or going bad ?

Thats another 3 days extra hold on top of delayed wires...... so glad i pulled my links before i got too reliant on zombaio/redpass

The new deal is, Zombaio IS paying on time... but they are sending the "money" to Red Pass where we can't access it until Red Pass "decides" when we can have our money.

Zombaio is passing the buck to Red Pass... but hey, isn't Red Pass owned by Zombaio?
