Sooo.... I'm a healthy fella (thank god), and I'd even dare to say a strong, fit fella.

However, I've hurt my back today - strained a lower back muscle doing squats, so I'm kinda in for a 2-3 days of home treatment and rest, at least I hope its that short.

I'm mobile on my own, but have to move inch by inch and each of those micro steps hurts like fuck, can't sleep yet because I haven't managed to find a painless position yet, meaning I'll prolly "pass out" on the office chair, which is suprisingly bareable to sit in with just slight twitches of pain...

But anyway, to cut it short, it made me think and say - appreciate your health people, considering most of you probably have it, be grateful.

Can't even begin to think there are people living like this each and every fucking day
