Just spent 2 hours working out and watching UFC (it's a great motivator). Damn this feels good!

Btw, some training advice (really works for me):
If you work with free weights, try to find a bunch of exercises that you can do with the same weights. Then after a set of a particular exercise, instead of resting between sets, just switch immediately to a new exercise. Make it about 4 or exercises, do sets of about 15 reps, and do three full rounds.
It will boost your endurance like nothing else, and will also give you some real strength (as opposed to just size)./(bb|[^b]{2})/Comment

I was a fairly heavy lifter for from the age of 29 to 37. I always felt good and did things correctly. I now have two blown discs with more just waiting to go. I am 39 and have been told I can't lift more than 30 lbs for the rest of my life. I still work out but light weights and larger number of reps. Everyone just be careful is all I am saying. I never had a clue there was a problem until I couldn't move. Its hell to get old.Kiss a piano player todayComment
