Info Box in posts for Wordpress?

I have been searching for ages for a simple plugin that will insert a small info box into each post. Ideally with the option to choose specific categories.
Would like the box to appear on the write post page so I can c+p info into it.

I haven't been able to find anything suitable, any suggestions?

I use this plugin to show message about comments under every post. Can stick note, code, message, etc. above or under post. Hope to help.

It's a nice plugin but it's not really what I was looking for. Going to keep it for future anyway, I can see it coming in useful.
