Elevated X CMS Adds Video Editing Features...

Elevated X has its product?s capabilities with the addition of video editing to the feature list of our popular adult site content management CMS software.

As our company?s first new feature announcement of 2013, this is a clear indicator of the direction Elevated X is headed. We?re excited to continue the technological push we began in 2006. We intend to see our customers benefit from our commitment to making ongoing improvements to the Elevated X CMS for years to come.

The new video editing features allow content producers and pay site owners to cut videos and create high end video trailers from within their Elevated X CMS admin panel. Users can set an unlimited ?in? and ?out? points as they?re watching a video and a finished version of the edited file complete with fade-in transitions is created automatically. Once files have been created, the CMS will automatically add them to a site?s tour. A pay site owner can cut a custom, professional looking video trailer and have it automatically show up on their tour with less than 5 minutes work.

Users can also specify a pre and post-roll video file to be automatically added to their trailers. This can be used to append a 2257 message, video advertisement, site watermarks or other branding or anything a producer or site owner wants viewers of their videos to see.

This functionality ties into the software?s optional video encoding add-on which allows a user to transcode videos automatically and convert them into multiple formats.

The new video editing features are available for free to all Elevated X customers who have the video transcoding add-on. Customers who want to have their software upgraded to include this feature are asked to submit a support ticket.

So I'd like to be able to put a custom pre-roll video every time for each movie on the site I'm building. Is this possible for the pre-roll/post-roll feature or can I only make one pre-roll that acts as default for the site's whole stock of content?

Good question.

You can specify the pre and post-roll video you want to use each time you cut a trailer. You can select the pre/post roll sources from a dropdown menu.

You can make as many as you want so in your case you could upload a 2257 pre-roll video for each studio and then as you edit/cut videos via the CMS you'd just choose which one to add to the finished movie file.
