I've attempted my first tiny tube site using wordpress and would like some feedback, I'm sure there are glaring errors that I am failing to see. Thanks in advance.

All the videos so far are embedded using phpmyvideoblog. I also have autoblog installed for sponsor videos but haven't worked with that yet.

May be is good idea to use some plugins for related posts( in your case videos) under single post.

And for better user experience create some sexy favicon. Also think to improve site speed. Now is like a snail:

Ok, I've implemented your suggestions, except for the favicon which i'm going to do shortly.
The site speed should get better once I enable wp-cache but while I work it bugs me so I keep it off...

Don't do that. Opinions are subjective and could well be wrong. Put the suggestions into google experiments, or some other MVT tool, and find out for sure which ones work and which don't.

Do you think to make categories. For boobs, lesbians, moms, teen, etc. When add more videos, will be easy to visitors to find what they look at.

Thanks, I've converted 6 of my old sites to this point, bout 14 to go.. Some have more vids per page, etc.. Watching my analytics account to see which one has the most time on site and lowest bounce rate, any advice appreciated.

I did make categories except not for the user for me, I put all redtube vids in a 'redtube' cat and tube8 vids in a 'tube8' cat... Figured if something goes wrong with any one of the feeds I can easily wack um all... Probably a mistake...arg...

Kind of sad seeing a lot of fetish material making it to the tubes.
We make fetish videos for people that actually don't mind paying for material.
But it looks like the tubes will kill that section of adult too.
