From four years that I'm no more a full time webmaster and stop submitting 5 TGP/MGP galleries from different programs, Playboy Webmasters program has become my main adult business income (50%) with the traffic I send to Playboy from my Tribute to Playmates site.

Unfortunately from the middle of january, Playboy sales have dropped a lot (roughly 50%).

From my side, my global traffic hasn't drop so much (less than 5%) and I still receive the same amount of SE traffic.

So I would like to know if some of you experience the same kind of problem otherwise I will have to investigate what happens with my traffic.

The Cyber Club seems to have been taken down, it was still accessible in January. The other day I was looking for the Playboy Casting Calls but couldn't find them, they haven't been migrated to Playboy Plus either. If the content you use to promote them is old, perhaps it's no longer accessible inside the members area.

My sales rate was good with Playboy Plus cause I mainly didn't use their hosted galleries, only mines and my traffic is really playmates targeted.

So if I could complain as a surfer that I prefer the old Cyberclub to the new Playboy Plus, as a webmaster, Year 2012 was good for me with Playboy sales. But Year 2013 is getting bad from 15 january.

I assume that's because you were using only hosted galleries? They turn them off and redirect all URLs to a tour page a few months ago.

What I could say from my Playboy fan and adult webmaster point of view is that :

Manwin scores one point merging the cyberclub with the main site, but they made several mistakes that bring them to a situation where the Playboy licence seems not profitable for them.

1) Playboy Plus members pages navigation was not good in the first months.
2) Pictorials for months have been whitened, with no colours and no contrast. If it seems better now, a few pictorial are still whitened.
3) Online videos were not easy to read for months, really frustating for members. It took them several months to solve that.
4) Some videos lasting 10 mn were offering full nudity only a few seconds. A lot of Playboy fan didn't like that.
5) Manwin team didn't clearly manage the different categories Cybergirl, Coed and Amateurs. Now that Coed title has gone, there's only Cybergirl and Amateur category but fans still wonder what Amateur means.
6) A few weks ago, Manwin reduced daily updates from two pictorials to one, surely to save the cost but unfortunately that's not a good point to keep members.

From my Playboy fan point of view, Manwin didn't manage to keep the spirit of Playboy in Playboy Plus. A lots of long term members cancelled their membership because they didn't find anymore in Playboy Plus what they loved in the Playboy Cyberclub.

Obviously, Manwin attract new members with Playboy Plus but I'm not sure these new members are long terms reccuring members and an adult site as Playboy needs a bulk of recurring members to be profitable.

I went from 1:880 (2008-2012) to 0:5500 (2013). Recently I have replaced tons of links headed to PBGirls with various landing pages of Playboy Plus and nothing happened... I am not sure that new landing pages will help...

I see the ratings are around 1:10000 . I have google traffic and on the sponsor's stats it shows around 5 - 7 Jclicks but without any conversion...
