***New Content Partner Program - Content Owners Inside***

Hi all,

I wanted to announce a new program looking for content partners.

It is a tube/paysite and we offer 50% of our site sales back to the partners who provide the content.

The tracking system to do so is powered by sliiing which has been customized to suit over the past 2 months. Many thanks to our partner CHMOD and sliiing.

Basically create a channel, upload videos, get links back to your site(s) of choice, brand your channel/content...

I replied to all the emails and this is a different model so feel free to ask any questions.

The best way to understand this program, how it works, and why the success of the site/model and your partnership are hand in hand, is to signup as an affiliate. Once approved, a welcome email will be sent with more details of what needs to happen.

This idea came because of where we are at now in the industry. In 2008 I don't think this model would have worked. Tubes were a free for all. Stealing was rampant. Now, the tubesite is essentially the same but toned down and allowing program owners to upload. My question was, and is?....

Hi,

I received and responded.

Just give the welcome email a read. This is a partnership site between Content Owners and the Site. No outside affiliate links are used for promotional reasons. All tracking is done within the site itself and depends on point of entry of surfer.

This could be a really good tool for affiliates who have the rights to some vids and can filter traffic to the right URL's. Surfers need to simply land on one of your video pages first. That sets the tracking and will populate your unique hits and sales.

edit: Banners and other promo material will be available soon. I just want to stress though that tracking is not done by signing up and then appending the CCBill ID to the URL and sending traffic. It won't track like that. Partners create a *channel*, upload videos and then surfers need to land on those video pages. The amount of involvement above providing the videos initially is really up to you.

Think about 1K sponsors on board, many deep linking into their pages, we will be promoting, constant updates, etc.. Where are we going to sit in the SERPS??

Side Note:
Looking for Shamale Sponsor and Granny Sponsor. I have 2 tubes specific to these niches and am 301 redirecting both of them to the first sponsor that opens a channel in either of those niches. That will give your channel and videos a pretty good head start

Good question:

Current Content Partner Programs usually work in 2 ways:
1) Sponsor uploads video, a banner is placed for CTR back to sponsor site. Sales suck.
2) Tube pays sponsor per impressions received on their video. No idea what sponsors are making on this but I would venture to guess maybe 50 cents per video for first month. Then very little as video is buried deeper into site.

Our Partnership:
This site is simply a tube front with a premium members area. Every sale on the site is split with a sponsor (we also offer banners back, portfolios, etc) All tracking is done on the site itself to determine who gets the sale. Sponsors provide all the content and why they are truly our partners.

I believe it is a much better incentive to upload to a site in my opinion. The model promotes deep linking as it is in your interest to have as many surfers land on your videos upon entry of site. Deep linking, updates, quality of videos, and marketing the site will do very well. Without partners, we have no site. I could embed 200K trailers right now on the site and have massive updates but this site is not about releasing 100 vids per hour.

2 main reasons not to do that:
1) We are back to needing CTR back to paysite
2) Third party cookies would be required

100% landing on this site has the ability to convert into a sale, and from that sale, 1 of our partners is making 50% on (rebills as well).

Just to expand on this.

Current Free Tube Model.
Let's say 100 type in's on a somewhat popular URL per day. The CTR is typically what? Let's say 1%. That is 1 click per day to that sponsor. Sponsor converts at 1:500 on that traffic. It takes 500 days then to make 1 sale.

This Model.
100 type in's per day. No CTR needed for sale. This site converts at 1:500. That would be 1 sale per 5 days... same scenario.

In addition to that, sponsors are putting a portion of a sites content. Surfer really likes 1 sponsor, who are they going to click to see it all?

And finally, I apologize for multiple posts but this I know is a question:

Cookies are set like this:
Upon entry. Each sponsor has channel page and video URL's, any of those upon site entry set cookie.
Surfers land on home page. No cookie set, last page viewed owned by a sponsor prior to purchase gets the credit.

This may be changed, enhanced over time but that is how it tracks now.

And the members area is all fueled by Partners. What you see for trailers is available in premium section.

That's the nuts and bolts of it.

Set up an account in your webmaster tools, provide us your specific ID for that account, we put it on all of your pages.

Growth Chart For Typical Content Partners

1. The chart shows growth in *affiliate* traffic
2. These are not views, but traffic credited to partner necessary for the sale
3. Notice how the chart grows with time? Not traffic upfront to soon be gone
4. Developing this site this is what I knew would happen, all partner affiliate traffic will continue to grow

The model is working, the site is growing. Hope we can all make some cash on this one
