You can send traffic to the various tubes that have affiliate programs, you can sell traffic to other tubes that don't, you can start a network of these, interlink them and use them as feeders for your own tubes etc...

There is really no need to scrape the big tube sites for content. They all give it away now and you can even make money selling some them traffic. It is 2013 leave yester years mentally behind.
