US Customs Question

I am expecting a package of custom content from a third world country. FedEx now says it hasnt cleared US Customs (got to them today in the morning)

In the package the ID of the model is there and the CD.

Anyone any experience with this.

send it back to sender and let him use UPS - I never had a problem with UPS but I did have some problems with fedex.

all out of country commercial shipments have to be cleared, no matter who you use as a courier.

has nothing to do wih the shipping company... its customs...

we've had packages opened and then retaped with "US customs" special orange tape... but no problems.. tapes, model releases/ids all showed up .. just fine...

it depends, the customs inspectors have a lot of clout here.
It could be a simple rubber stamping and the shipment is cleared that day, or in the worst case scenario, they could send the content out to be viewed. If its young looking teens for example, from a third world country, you may never get it. But you will get a visit.

I had so many problems with this content provider it's no joke.

regardless its not worth the headache in the future ill use ftp and thats it
