I have to say as a guy 26 - pretty much glued to the screen 24/7 and in good physical health and smoked for 8 years I have to say that e-cigs really work. unless you smoke over a pack a day I think it could get anyone over cigs

I quit with blue cigs (tobacco flavor - they sell menthol at Walgreeens) but they are about as expensive as a few payouts so I switched to a new rechargeable brand today.

was there a strong will to quit, or did the e-cig suffice and make up for the old fashioned way of smoking actual cigarettes. With a lot of these vices they say you have to really want to quit, and i think that may hold true with e-cigs. just makes it a little easier

i haven't been on this board for awhile, but I definitely can speak to the ecig issue.
I've been using the eGo C Twist and the thing is amazing. No more smoking or dip. I've transitioned down to 6mg strength. (1ml = 6 mg of nicotine and 1 cigarette = 1-3 mg or nicotine) Lately I've been vaping captain crunch berries, airheads, and waffles. They have crazy flavors. It's pretty wild. I can vape all day and I barely go through .5 ml.

I love it when I am inside a building and someone is "smoking" an e-cig and somebody else tells them to "put it out" as if it is lit. They calmly explain that it is "smoking" and is legal indoors. It also has no odor. It has no carcinogens and is not giving them second hand smoke.

The non-smoker doesn't give a shit. In their mind the mentality is very basic. If you get to flirt the law, I do to. So what do I get in return? Nothing on the table? Then I am telling my mom!

I know someone using Ego S, but they're in the US on vacation and going back to Canada soon, where e-cigs w/ nicotine and the liquids containing nicotine aren't legal to sell. So they're sort of avoiding getting hooked on them over cigs for the time, which is unfortunate.

It was improving their coughing though and they said e-cig tasted much better than cigs.

Nope, I grabbed one so I could stealth smoke in all these places you used to be able to smoke in, wasn't long before I was trying every damn smoke flavor out there and just said fuck it, I already know what the the real ones taste like.

Havnt had a real one in a long assed time and dont care to, but sadly I had a atomizer die earlier today and cared deeply.

I got the e-go T a few weeks ago. to this point, it's cut my cig consumption in half. good start in my book.
