I read an interview with him once and he was saying that he knows he takes a lot of bad movies/characters but he doesn't care because he loves to work, whether it's quirky or stupid or something serious, he just wants to always be working. Thought that was pretty cool.

My favorite Walken movie was shot just up the road from here - The Dead Zone. The gazebo in the park (built for the movie) still exists...donated to the city of Niagara-On-The-Lake after they finished the movie.
The memorable tunnel scene was shot at the 'Screaming Tunnel' - a well-known, infamous abandoned railway tunnel on the outskirts of Niagara Falls.
