also added in you can ban certain domains from submitting example gmail.com, etc if you wanted email verification added.

also you can limit submissions per time period, say 1 every 24 hours, or 3 every 24 hours, etc. so prevents mass submits.

this theme just started as a proof of concept piece, so its available for anyone as i add features.
