that picture is from 1996, the use of gloves during medical examinations didn't catch on in the United States until the early 1990's, and that is in Russia.

till the late 80's early 90's in North America, surgeons only wore gloves for invasive procedures.

regarding the comments about it being a deformed fetus, you guys obviously don't know much about fetuses, the bone structure that exists in those "aliens" doesn't develop in humans until the later stages of pregnancy. If that were a human fetus, it would be two and a half pounds and it's head would be as big as the entire body.

also, I am certainly not saying this is an alien, just saying those are some pretty weak arguments.
