Best converting program for exit traffic?

What is the best program to advertise on 404 error pages, blind links, exit consoles, etc.?

I've been using a free trial program that converts at 1/60 for me with clicked traffic from my site but is at 1/1500 on my popunder.

Thanks Soul_Rebel. I checked it out but I don't understand the difference between the ticket concept and the standard ezine.

Also, for the rest of you when I said 'program' I didn't mean to spam me with your own sites I want you to tell me which of your programs will convert best with crappy traffic.

If this free trial program pays more than $5 per signup (I believe it is way more than that) keep using it.
