    Cogent Problems

Back in December, Cogent lost their peering with AOL, etc. Basically making their service worthless and lagged like hell.

Who, besides me, stopped using them back then?

They said that I was the ONLY person to leave and out of the 300 complaints they got, they were ALL resolved.

They are still billing me even though I was paid in full 100% when I terminated service with them.

They take a fucking month to reply to any emails and I just can't believe how full of shit they are when claiming that I was the only person who left when their service was unusable for weeks.

Just wanna know who else has had problems with them in the past?

we have all their multiple breaches of contract and all correspondance logged since we started having problems with them. they are trying to bully us and are so full of shit claiming that their service is flawless that even North Korea and the Iraqi Information Minister would be amazed at their version of history.
