I highly recommend you check out OVGuide.com its delivering 20+ concurrent users to my tube site and is holding strong. It maybe because its a new site in their lineup but it must get a lot of traffic after all MFC is running pops from the site. Retention is pretty good as well. Overall I recommend the investment in OVGuide, hopefully the numbers keep up and dont just drop off with publishing of this post 
I also have to mention the first time I submitted the site to OVGuide it was rejected for having incomplete pages on the site, and they wrote me an email basically stating I have to eat the submission cost which made me pretty angry. However without me knowing the re-reviewed the now complete site and added it. It may be something to consider submitting to for HQ users. Also, in case you want to find the Adult section to submit your site just simply turn off the adult filter on the right side of the navigation and the category "Adult" will appear. As of now its up to 24 concurrent users as I end this post.
