Which ones do you prefer?

My 2 concerns with hosted CRM's:

1. Their server may be down.
2. Not sure I trust them with my contacts, what if they (especially if they are not super reputable company) steals my contacts (that I uploaded there) and other data?

I use Highrisehq.com as a CRM and am very happy. They are a reputable company and worth the $$ we pay for the service.

salesforce is the best. before you use anything cloud. you should ask about the backend, redundancy, multiple datacenter replication etc.
