Windows is likely to run slow on anything less than 2GB

But if 1GB is all you need then you can get it for around £20...

Why? We have a lot of clients running gameservers, ASP sites, etc. Some software only runs on Windows. Windows servers are quite stable nowadays and secure if patches are applied regularly. Except for them being memory hogs.

I need to make a correction, your Windows VPS will be a Xen and not OpenVZ. My bad.
