Today is the first day I have visited this board to post since the recent mud sling began the other day. Truthfully... I have not read any of the threads that have involved Perfection Girls and I will not add to the drama that is loved so much by this board.
I can say that we have retained a Law Firm here in Michigan to handle all the accusations that have been thrown. We have also been advised not to make statements in a public forum of any sort that would hurt the repuation of the parties that have made damaging comments.
Our affilates will be contacted over the next day or so with a detailed eccount of all that has transpired. I was out of State when all of this occurred last Weds. It has taken me serveral days to get all of the details in order to determain the best course of action. That plan is now in place and we are looking forward to seeing it thourgh to completion.
Yes... we have made mistakes. Being new and doubling your size every month can take time away from details. Details that are small at the time. but left un-intended can turn into a larger sitatuions. Having a staff that can handle those details is our highest priority at the point in our business. No longer will every aspect of the day to day operations be left on my shouders... whewwwww! Being looking for our two new staff additions to be announced over the next week.
Also... three new sites are coming with the new staff people. Just wait to see what we have going on.
So.... to sum it up. Yes.. we will make a statement, but to our affilates only. It will not be slanderous and it will lay out the facts. Our legal counsel will be handling the issue from here on out. Any questions regarding this matter can be directed to their office. Our affiliates will have a contact to our legal counsel if they would like public record documents forwarded to them.
