WARNING! Do not use KILLSWITCH Extension for CHROME!!!

WARNING: DO NOT USE KILLSWITCH EXTENSION for CHROME!

I decided to try KILLSWITCH extension, and here is the PATHETIC experience I had with his extension:

It has completely crashed my Chrome, and had to restart many times and disable the script from the CHROME TASK MANAGER to get the extension disabled. It just hanged the browser completely and was not possible to get it disabled from the extensions panel.

And I had this problem on at least 3 computers...

I am sending a report to GITHUB right now to FILL A FORMAL REPORT about this ISSUE.

GIVEN this very ulgy and TRAUMATIC experience, I would never HIRE KILLSWITCH or his services (Three Leaf Creative) as CODER. That's for sure. With this, its clear to me, he's a PATHETIC and AWFUL CODER. He should learn to CODE RESPONSIBLY before releasing an EXTENSION in a public forum.

Just do a search on GOOGLE about my experience and how to deal with this problem IN CASE someone else has it, he is number #1 and #2 in GUGOL already, congrats:

Nothing better than using GFY own ignore feature. That's what I'm using now.

People who will answer in this thread that you should IGNORE: Dirty_FRANK, Killswitch, 2intense, cam-slave, allaboutcams, brian837, and probably a few others.

You have been WARNED to stay away from KILLSWITCH. Proceed at your own RISK. Just think TWICE before installing extensions or plugins from unknow people with NO REPUTATION AT ALL.

An admin in google forum, told me that GITHUB IS NOT the most trusted place, because everyone can upload stuff there.

Hello, I am the author of this extension, this user is attempting, albiet very poor, to spread a smear campaign at me, because of stuff totally unrelated to anything that matters.. Basically he's upset that I said words to him on a message board (which this extension is built for).
Countless people have verified that it works fine, and that it works excellent. This user has never attempted to contact me in regards to this extension, or even submit an issue ticket which is clearly abled to be done on the GitHub repo.

As you can see by looking at that file, all this extension does is include jQuery and uses basic jQuery methods to find threads in a page based on author of posts/threads and $.remove()'s them.

Basic code, basic usage, nothing malicious at all.

Sorry for any trouble this user has caused the community, and thank you for being patient with him.

Killswitch has done a fine little piece of code, which he generously enough gives out for free. If you can't make a simple extension run properly you must be having very poor handling skills. I downloaded it, added it and it works just fine. If you had problems with your first computer, I can understand testing with a second. But one must be an enormous idiot to wreck it on three computers and especially not taking great care on the third (when two installations have already gone wrong) when installing it.

Question is even, why try to install on a third if the two others went wrong and you are sure you did everything right? The only reason to try a third time, would be if you felt/knew that you yourself did something wrong the first two times.

Post proof of his script causing troubles, we are very much amused and we are waiting!
