    How does the law deal with user generated content? I don't see any mention of 2257 on the site naughtytweet.com, but they are clearly hosting sexually explicit images on their server.

    Is the idea that they can circumvent the requirement as there is a clear trail back to the original "producer" of the content?

      My question is more about the legal ramifications of aggregating/spidering existing content then of actually having users produce content. Of course google is hosting adult related images to..,
