Well, 99% of the time they will get banned, but some users sadly will report a competitor or someone they don't like, even if it's not piracy.
What about Plugrush actively pursuing business with people on WJunction, a known haven for pirates and pirate sites - there's almost no legitimate business there ?

Well I am not Nextri...I don't know anything about this WJunction, but I will be talking with him about this, to see what is going on here.
Self-Serve Traffic Network Adult & Mainstream Traffic
Open for everybody that wants to sell or buy traffic +
RTB/DSP/XML
W......T........F...... is completely wrong with you
Please see my other thread, some guys will say there is piracy when there isn't, it's happened many times before....Do you want me to say we will ban ALL sites? If we did that, we'd be getting reports of sites that are 100% clean, and it would be wasting everyone's time =/

I think his point was clarified above, like I remember someone claimed Freeones pirated their design, which was total non-sense but if you just ban every site reported then you soon would have a mess.
And how do you know it was from Plugrush and not something else then?
Got the same FBI malware from your pop up on my site just an hour ago and it is seriously annoying, had to restart, boot up in a safe mode, get rid of it.. lost all the unsaved work.

AVG antivirus is shitty >> replaced
That's the one I had multiple reports on from users over a week ago. So it seems they are still serving it up. That really sucks. They need to get rid of this crap. I think we need the ability to whitelist advertisers for popunders and then have an option to strictly stick to the whitelist. Tiers could also help. New = 0; 1 Month of ads served + over 10,000 ads served = 1, 3 months + over 100,000 ads served =2; 6 months + over 250,000 ads served =3, etc then let the publisher specify the minimum trust required for an advertiser's popunders to appear.
When you (plugrush) catch someone serving malware SUE THEIR ASSES! Know your advertisers.
You don't like my posts? Put me on ignore or fuck right off. I'll say what I want.
To be positive it's good to see Plugrush at least trying to do something to help. But you guys will want to do more as it appears to be widespread. I had to pull your popunders off a site or two because of the user reports. I'm glad I did because apparently you're still serving them. If I would have left those popunders up I would have lost all credibility with my users with the next virus report.

Too bad neither AVG nor AdAware antivirus was able to detect that shit on my PC. Now I just wait till I catch that thing again somewhere. Updating FireFox now.
I'd like an answer from Plugrush as to why they are courting the piracy webmaster market on WJunction ?
we're not courting piracy webmasters or trying to get piracy sites to use PlugRush. We represent our company anywhere we see people discussing our product. We will not allow torrent sites, or file lockers to use our services.

What about piracy forums, blogs, direct download sites, file locker search engines, torrent search engines, torrent blogs, warez blogs, warez forums ?

We don't encourage piracy. Generally we market our system towards sites with hosted content, like tube sites. The site categories you mention above would generally would not be accepted, since they do not contain hosted content, and can not create Plugs in our system.
We do however have more than 20k domains registered, and we are not actively spending time on browsing all of them looking for pirated content. We are not looking to take on a role as internet police. Others like you who charge for that type of services can do that. We would take complaints and reports seriously though, and if you submit tickets showing how sites who's main business model comes from spreading piracy, and who does not respect DMCA requests, than we will deal with that.
When it comes to tube sites, we can not ban sites left and right just because we might suspect it contains piracy. Many tube sites these days have full length videos that they have licensed or have permission to use. We are in the business of moving traffic, and selling advertising, and we choose to spend our time focusing on that. We do not go out of our way to get site owners to provide us with proof of licences for their content.
However, we have no interest in being the goto network for piracy sites to monetize from pirated content. So we are happy to work with people and will take reports seriously. Just contact us, or create a ticket..

Do you have a dedicated abuse team we can contact directly ? If not perhaps you should have a dedicated email address for such purposes.
If so email us the details at [email protected], when we file reports with service providers they are usually too complex and too large to work within most ticket systems.
