Advanced Server Tech Needed!

I was wondering if anyone could help me, I am in need a a really first class server tech. I have a very complicated server network, so need someone with experience working with large streaming programs and references.

Any suggests or recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Connections with larger hosts, and well know script developers are helpful.

Don't you have a managed hosting company?

I have never seen a complicated setup where the customer didn't rely on their host or have their own techs on staff. Well that depends on "very complicated" of course.

What exactly are you looking for? A new setup of software or troubleshooting an issue?

Well Very complicated was a Understatement if anything, and I do work with the 2 largest providers of bandwidth to adult sites in the world currently. If you know anyone well respected in this field please let me know

I know there are freelance programmers on here, not sure about sysadmins.

I need the tech to be able to work with mulit hots at the same time, no one host will or could do this. Also we have so many specialized needs, and so often its beyond what a stander support can offer effectively like really advanced server set-up and script interfaces.

Some development background is helpful for small projects, but just good working relationships with the best in the filed are acceptable

Ok gotcha, well if you don't have an inhouse sysadmin i would really check places with freelancers. Be sure to check their references though as it can be a slippery road.

I do not need help other than fining some of the best qualified in this field, that have worked for Netelligent lets say. Should not need to be specific as I have no idea what the next issue will be I just need someone able to deal with anything quickly, effectively, and that's available for support with-in hours

Thax for your help, starting to think this might be the best way. Just going to be so hard going threw these tech's to find one able and willing to offer what we need

I would really like a full review of my whole server set-up, looking at all boxes and the configuration of my network to eliminate/combine unnecessary boxes, and improver over all performance. We can start with this job so I have a paid job, as it will be a way to learn the server network as well for any new tech.
