lazy webmaster

I would like your opinion, I have that webmaster that is 10 days late on the release date we both agree on and the website is still less that half build. I dont have gallery pages, free tour and most the stuff I need.

So is the front page good enough to deal with him been lazy and unreliable? Or it something anyone could have come up with?

Looks like a WordPress template. I don't know enough of the templates to know which one, it could be custom.

it custom , from what he tell me but i dont know a lot about making website. He also did a custom admin zone that allow me to change the text on the pages.

The logo is cut wrong it looks like shit here and there I would hire someone else and hope you didn't pay all up front.

He have no excuse that the worst. He one of those guy that seem to work in a burst of time to make money and then to get in drink/smoke mode and do nothing for a couple of week until they need money again.

I think the guy's out of his depth, he has reached a point where it's too hard for him.

First of all your website or ripped Wordpress template and 3rd grade level late 1990's, Paintshop logo looks like shit. Why would you hire someone who can't even complete there own business site. http://www.empoweryourweb.com

the site looks decent in chrome but in IE it's a mess, and alot of people do use IE

I'd cut your losses and either figure things out on your own or hire a professional who has more incentive than beer $$$. I could have made that front page in wp in a couple of hours, so he's not really putting any effort into this

thanks for the reply guys! The guy is a friend of my best friend that how I meet him and he did some nice website like linen chest and pure mobile one so that why I did trust him for the work.

Time for me to cut the lose and to get rid of him then.

Thanks for the advice, I just send him a email letting him know that if the projet is not done by the next week then I move to someone else and he gonna have to pay back the money I pay so far.
