Need Tech Help with Encoder

I need some help getting my mechbunny scripts encoder working. I need them to look at the log in the admin and then run the command by hand in ssh, and get my encoder back up and working.

This is about a 5min job and will pay 50$ for anyone that can do this, But I only want to work with really well established techs with a Real support website of their own.

Please do not aptly if your not a established professional with experience with this script, as you will just waste both our times

Log into your server via ftp. Goto media/videos. Right click videos folder and then click file permissions, set to 777. Also choose the option to make all sub-folders and files 777 as well. You are welcome. I accept bananas as payment ;)

hi..i have same problems..encoder not running ( media and video folder is set to 777).

I have problem on scraping too..my scraper says it starting, but not action..any idea how to solve this?

restart apache on your server... add back your txt files you may have deleted. those would be:

csv_log
log
scraper_log
scraper_user
xml_log

make sure they are set to 777. It should work... I have the same issues here and there and deleting those files... putting them back in, restarting apache always gets it working again

in mechbunny
/admin/config.php

find line $ffmpeg_command

replace original command with

-acodec libfaac -keyint_min 20 -r 20 -vcodec libx264 -crf 25 -b 300k -bt 300k -y -v 0 -bf 16 -threads 0

Hi and thanks for helping.. i replaced the $ffmpeg_command but still same,,

My server managenent says encoder is running fine on server ( As we have updated earlier I can see that ffmpeg is setup correctly on the server and ffmpeg encoder is running fine on the server. )

i have uploaded 5 videos, and scrapped 4, but nothing happend, my ScraperQueue still have 4 vids waiting, and 5 videos waiting in encoderqueue.
