Models Wanted Website Script?

I am looking for a script that can be used for a "models wanted" type of website. I am not referring to a model agency script, but a simple form that girls can fill out and submit for shooting for the website.

I know of a few of them, but does anyone have any of their suggestions?

There are a few great FORM scripts online that do exactly that.
But I haven't seen a script that makes a complete SITE for that.

Thank's guys. Yeah, I don't need anything very complex at all. Just a way for girls to establish contact through a basic form, where they can also upload a photo or two of themselves. That's basically it.

wordpress with a contact form plugin - there are many to choose from.

there are also some free form builder sites where you can use a web based tool to create very simple or complex forms and they give you code to embed the form in an iframe.

Honestly wordpress with contact form 7 is the way to go, it's awesome and you'll love it.

Jus use a simple php form with send mail and attachment function, once submitted have it go to our email and send the model to a confirmation page saying their application has been sent.

Cheap, easy and if you Google it, most likely you'll find it for free too, this really isn't something you need to pay for unless you need something specific.

For years, before I started really using WP, I used a program called CSMailto, from CGIScripts.net, and I also jumped to the form builder from CoffeeCup Software. I know CoffeeCup has updated their form software to eliminate flash and use html5....I haven't upgraded my software with them yet. I know before I would use CoffeeCup for general forms, but for model forms I would fall back to CSMailto, because the CC form only allowed 1 upload field, while CSMailto you can add as many upload fields as you want.

I haven't even jumped into looking at form scripts/plugins through WP yet...lol.
