I am looking for someone to make a few customizations to my custom theme running on phpBB. More specifically I need to change out the header banner, create two custom ad spots, move a couple things around on the sidebar and change up a couple things in the footer...someone with some basic skills should be able to satisfy my needs pretty quickly.
