I am SERIOUSLY considering this.
I'd like to do it not for the weight loss (although that's nice) but the overall physical, mental, emotional, and psychic CLEANSING it does... Hey, 5000 years of tradition can't be all wrong, right?Comment

It is supposed to be extremely good for you to do a semi-fast once every 3-4 days, then eat whatever you want the other days in between.
On the semi-fasting days, your supposed to only consume around 600 calories.10 years of experience in:

I use to fast back in the day. I was into health and all that shit. I did it to clean my system out before going on a diet to get cut up. The first few times wasn’t a true fast. I drank fruit and vegetable juice. It was hard just doing that. I then graduated to a true fast of nothing but water. I would go 3 or 4 days. After the first couple of days the hunger pains subside. After the hunger pains go away it’s all mental. After you complete the fast your mind is very clear, there is a feeling of accomplishment from not giving in to your urges. You feel good. Just don’t back to eating a regular diet right away.Comment
