need c-class ip hosting

I was just doing extensive research of c-class hosting and determined following:
-that ones which have good price and they are effective dont allow adult
-other's which allows cost way way too much.
So i determined it's better to get 150 shared hosting accounts,way way cheaper and more effective.

I actually checked both them-they dont have a package which cost only 1 or 2 dollars monthly.At the moment i compiled list of 35 hosts which have hosting package which cost only 1 to 1.5$ monthly.

I can host you on different ips for that. Just get a dedicated server here and I can make that happen. We do not allow mail so just sayin' if its wordpress then ok.

Btw was it worth it to get c classes?A lot of people claims how doing c classes is myth,but i think those people are probably Paul Markham cousins,but still i would like to hear experience from someone who did that already ;)

Whois cant be set on a per ip basis as it used the underlying SWIP info on the ip blocks to pull this information. I can be set on each subnetted block, but it will still show the parent blocks info if its looked up. Hope that helps and let me know if you have any additional questions?

I really dont know. That server was only used for blackhat seo, dont know if the IPs affected my rankings much. I did great before google panda hit.
