DNS record?

I want to make one WL, and on final step i get I.P adress for DNS record, so where to insert this I.P now, when i try via SET NAMESERVERS in domain management that dont work?

I.P adress is XX.X.XX.XXX

But they ask me for 2nd, and it cant be same as A, frustrating
