Do the 'SnoopDogg' and get back to smoke weed. Everything else is shit, don't ever take any pills!!!!!! Or you will eat those pills until the day you die and will need them to control your sleep. Weed is the way to go!

went to bed at 11 PM was awake past midnight and got out of bed at 3am. Then started working at around 4 am and have at least an 11 work day ahead of me....yeah, I have insomnia quite frequently
the best thing I have found that helps me is to try and stay active until bed time. Get up and pace a bit from time to time, smack my punching bag (his name is Phillip dont ask), stretch. Anything I can to stay alert...it has helped as far as staying asleep but getting to sleep after I lay down takes an average of 1 to 2 hours of clockwatchingComment

I had the worst case of insomnia and it plagued me for years. The only thing that fixed it was getting a sleep test done and being treated for sleep apnea. cpap machine fixed everything for me almost over night. I'm pretty sure that the online adult industry wouldn't be what it is today if it wasn't for most of the founding fathers/mothers being insomniacs. For me, making myself get up early and hold 'work hours' helped but I am still an 'up all night' person at heart and it is pretty hard to really fully shift that.Comment

I have insomnia. Nothing ever helps it - and I refuse to take pills. I just go crazy by Day 4 (day three right now - but I might have lost count...), I fall asleep for about two hours, and get up and do it all again.
Funny thing is - I don't ever remember sleeping. Ever. Hah.Comment
