    When do you think..

    ..mobile phones and other devices will all have full browser capability, making mobile optimization and redirects obsolete?

                                  Screen size is the main limitation. Mine's big enough to always go for the full site if it's available but there are plenty of phones with a tiny screen that would be useless for that.

                                      I really despise mobile devices, but does no-one think that SOMEONE is going to invent a foldable or slide-out screen sometime soon?

                                      Hit a button on your phone and two equally sized screens slide out, giving you a nice widescreen display.

                                              a pen has already been developed to shoot a screen to the wall and a keypad to any surface you have available.

                                                  I absolutely hate it when I am forced to use a mobile page on my phone, a news site I visit frequently does this and it drives me fucking insane. Even on my tablet it forces the shitty mobile site with pixelated images.
