    Facebook access question .....

I have a good friend with a seasonal business that relies on facebook for some of it's promotions. Last year he had an employee change the password then quit. Is there any way he can regain access to his own business site?

Obviously he has tried every link facebook offers to solve this problem but has received no response. Is he just fucked?

Hire someone like me to recover the lost encryption. But i need proof it was created by him. Does he atleast have the real time E-mail address to log into the FB account? Do you think the employee changed his E-mail & password?

If the employee changed the E-mail to another E-mail he is fucked. But if the employee only changed the PW and knows the E-mail address is a valid FB E-mail encryption. It can be done.

Just hit me up if you have any questions. Douche.

After a few years in business he hired a local "ad promo company" to take photos and videos for his business and update his website and facebook page. The guy running the company was clueless and fired. But not before he changed the email and passwords.

If you are referring to "he" as my friend then yes he set up the original facebook account.

Yeah, I meant your friend. When the company took over they eliminated him as an admin? That sounds like a good lesson that should be passed around. If you hire a social media management team, don't relinquish your admin status.

lol, I am ..... People that knew me when I was part owner of a ppc search engine just assume I know a lot about the internet/computers. Which compared to most here I don't.

Yea, he fucked up. Most people don't realize you can't just call someone and put things back the way they were.

First, when you try to use the standard pw recovery, click the link that says: "No longer have access to these?" "You will be given the option to answer your security question and reset your password on the spot. However, if you are able to answer your security question, there will be a 24 hour waiting period before you can access your account as an extra security precaution."

If not, try clicking "My Account is compromised"
"While you will use the same information to identify your account, in the following step you will be able to use either a current or an old Facebook password to recover your account.

This is useful in case a hacker changed your password, but may also come in handy in case you forgot your new password."

One of the things wrong with Facebook's setup is that you can have multiple admins and any of them can delete any of the others. They need to do something about that, like tiers of admin levels

I have never had a real Facebook employee respond to any support request, ever.

I was just going to write that.

You end up feeling like there is nobody actually alive in the support department.

Threaten them and say you're a member of Anonymous. They will respond.
