Real time proxy detection?

Can someone recommend a program for my server to do REAL TIME detection if the surfer is using a proxy server?

We just came out with it....Called ProxyGuard V2, based off of www.proxyguard.com v1.0 product. Text not up on the website yet, but the proxypass v1.0 has been out since 2001.
