When you stop promoting a program...

and still have a balance. What do you do?

There's a sponsor out there I bought a specific domain for, that I let expire after a year since it only made two sales. Their minimum payout is $100, but I've got $60 in there. Usually any other program will happily close my account and payout, but they refuse and I have no traffic nor interest in promoting them further.

I have a ton of accounts like this and I'm just trying to go through and clean house.

Should I just say fuck it and move on?

Yup. I have a handful like that as well. This sponsor I just literally cut off. I think I've sent 200 hits this year. Their generic cookie cutter sites do me no good.

That would have been an option if I didn't have to email them to change any of my account info. All around pain in the ass program.

Threaten to file suit in small claims court. You would be perfectly well-within your rights to actually file the claim against them. I'd rather pay $60 and avoid the hassle.

well, i have been in the same position several times and politeness and a few mails helped a lot ... the vast majority (read it as SERIOUS PROGRAMS) sent the funds and terminated my accts when asked ... ('cept fucking-cash.com --- suckers dont convert at all and have a $130 (WTF?!) minimum ... i am stuck at $109 with them )
