What monthly rates are you looking at? My brother works for IBM, but is probably willing to work for "overseas" rates since they're eliminating his position in the near future and he needs to sock away some extra cash.

I know a serious crew that works on large mainstream projects, but they work per project, no flat rate deals I think, they would accept adult too. Not as cheap as philippines/india, but still a lot cheaper than US/UK based programming houses.
